Co-Pastor Lula Coleman is a graduate of University of West Alabama (formerly Livingston University) Livingston, AL, and the Lord’s Outreach School of Theology, Lake Charles, LA.  She traveled alongside her husband as he traveled with the United States Air Force, and settled in the Northwest Florida area in December of 1996.  Sis Lula has worked in the music ministry for the majority of her life starting out singing with her mother and sisters and in the local church choirs. She has served as Youth Choir Director at Kadena AB Japan Gospel Service and Eglin AFB Gospel Service and also served as Choir Director for the Daughters of Zion.  She currently serves alongside her husband, Pastor Darrell Coleman at Praise, Power and Compassion Ministries, Incorporated, Crestview, FL, and oversees the Youth, Music Department and Crowns of Glory Women’s ministry.  

She is employed on Eglin AFB as the Civilian Personnel Officer, where she directs and executes Human Resources policies, on behalf of the 96 Test Wing Commander, impacting over five thousand Federal civilian employees.  She has over 36 years of faithful and dedicated civilian service!  

She is an encourager and motivator and her life’s goal is to share the love of God through her daily interactions with people from all walks of life.  She is the loving wife of 41 years to Pastor Darrell, and they have 3 children:  Isaac (Chevon) Coleman, Nakia (Zerick) Coleman-Randolph, Torri (Andre) Coleman-Butler and 10 beautiful grandchildren: Caa’si (pronounced Kah-si), Reaiah, Lanai, Diella, Melody, Leilani, Judah, Josiah, Joshua, and Arabella Grace. 

Juliana entered the ministry of Rocky Bayou Christian School in 1980, Niceville, Fl, a private non-denominational K-12 school in the Florida Panhandle which enrolls about 950 students.  She has a passion for teaching secondary subjects including Earth Science, Physical Science, Biology, Chemistry 1 and 2, Anatomy and Physiology, Latin 1-4, Advanced Placement Latin Vergil, Algebra 2 and Integrated Math.  She has also taught swimming lessons and assisted as a certified lifeguard for the RBCS Summer Day Camp for over twenty-five years.

Juliana serves as the RBCS Proctor for the Brigham Young University FLATS exams. She also served for many years as the FACCS Coordinator for the Academy, but now only for the High School Fine Arts Academic Testing. She has served as an Academy Academic Team Coach since 1998 and as the school coordinator for the annual FACCS Brain Bowl to date.

She currently serves as both the Latin Teacher and the Junior Classical League Sponsor, the High School Academic Team Coach, the Academy Dual Enrollment Coordinator, the Senior Advisor, a Guidance Counselor, the Cadre Coordinator and a private non-denominational K-12 school in the Florida Panhandle which enrolls about 850 students on four campuses. She also continues to teach and coach in this school.

Leah is currently the youth pastor for Hope City Community Church. 

When she was 12 her dad would preach at a place called “Project Hope”. It’s a rehabilitation place for men.  One day, her dad brought her with him, and it changed her life forever. A guy named Ryan who had just graduated from the program began to lead these men in worship. Tears welled up in her eyes as she watched every hand raised in surrender as these once broken men, who had been made new, worshipped God. That day she felt God calling her to a life of ministry and she hasn’t turned back since. 

She's where she is today only by the grace of God. When she looks back, she sees His hand all over her life, and because of this she will never stop singing His praise.
